앱에서 바로 삭제 · Delete in the app

로그인 후 마이 → 메뉴 → 탈퇴하기에서 계정과 관련 서버 데이터를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

After signing in, open My → Menu → Delete Account to delete the account and associated server data.

앱 없이 삭제 요청 · Request without the app

앱을 설치하거나 다시 로그인할 수 없다면 아래 이메일로 로그인 제공자(Apple·Google·Kakao), 가입 이메일, 앱 닉네임을 보내 주세요. 비밀번호나 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요. 계정 확인에 필요한 추가 정보와 처리 결과를 회신합니다.

If you cannot install or sign in to the app, email the sign-in provider, account email, and app nickname below. Never send a password or verification code. We will reply with any identity-verification steps and the result.

삭제 범위 · What is deleted

계정, 읽기 진행, 묵상, 커뮤니티 콘텐츠와 관계, 목장 멤버십 등 계정에 연결된 데이터가 개인정보처리방침과 법적 보존 의무에 따라 삭제 또는 비식별화됩니다. 필요한 결제 기록은 법적·운영상 보존될 수 있습니다.

Account data, reading progress, reflections, community content and relationships, and ranch memberships are deleted or de-identified under the privacy policy and legal retention requirements. Required payment records may be retained.

구독은 별도 취소 · Cancel subscriptions separately

계정을 삭제해도 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독은 자동 취소되지 않습니다. 결제한 스토어에서 구독을 먼저 취소해 주세요.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store used for purchase first.
