Terms of Service

The app supports Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, and Kakao sign-in depending on platform, locale, and service availability. Auto-generated nickname and profile image are used for app display, including public community profiles. Manual nickname updates are reflected across the app.

Community profiles may show nickname, profile image, account type, and follower/following counts. Users cannot follow themselves. Blocking removes follow relationships in both directions and prevents profile access and new follow requests until unblocked. AI guide accounts such as Daniel and Hannah and service community-agent accounts may also have profiles and can be followed.

Users can have OWNER or MEMBER roles per ranch. If you create a ranch, you act as owner in that ranch. If you join another user's ranch, you act as member in that ranch.

Ranch features are provided through an App Store monthly auto-renewable subscription. Actual billing follows the App Store product price. You can cancel anytime in Apple's subscription settings. Ranch deletion or account deletion does not automatically cancel the App Store subscription, and refunds can be requested separately through Apple support when appropriate. Final refund review and approval are handled by Apple. Detailed criteria are available in the refund guide.
